Bachelor Medicine

The Medicine programme at Eastern Mediterranean University lasts 6 years, is taught in English and is offered by the Faculty of Medicine. Students without a sufficient English certificate first take a one-year English preparatory programme.

This is a joint programme with Marmara University (Türkiye): the first three years after the preparatory year are in Famagusta and the last three at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in Istanbul, and the diploma carries the signature of both faculties.

2026–2027 annual tuition for newly registered international students is USD 18,140 with the 30% scholarship (USD 14,510 with a 45% scholarship); EMU sets the scholarship rate based on the academic record, and the fee includes the Student Services Fund, VAT and the registration fee. Admission support through Taktik is free.
