Taktik (Taktik Education) offers free counselling and admission support for universities in Türkiye and Northern Cyprus, and only collects the information needed for that work. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
What you enter in our counselling form: full name, mobile (WhatsApp) number, email, request subject and message.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram.
Documents you share with us for your application, such as passport, diploma, transcripts, language certificate and photo.
How we use it
To contact you and answer your questions
To choose a suitable programme and university with you
To submit admission, dormitory or scholarship applications to the universities you choose, and to follow up on the result
Your documents are only sent to the university or dormitory you have applied to. We do not sell your information or share it with others for advertising.
Cookies
The Taktik website currently uses only one cookie, to remember your chosen language, and does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.
Retention and security
We keep your information for as long as it is needed for counselling and following up on your admission, and only Taktik advisors can access it. WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Just message us on WhatsApp +90 538 620 68 50 or through the contact page.
